Hardee's

Normally good service, but this morning they was out of the breaded shell for the breakfast burritos so I had to order loaded omelet biscuit. I got a very small piece of egg and cheese on a biscuit. Nothing else on it for 4.16??? I get to work to eat it and realized them and called them and a man says thatbis weird because they have the mix already prepared and that should not have happened and that he would look into it. That was it, no discount, no refund. So I guess I'll no long be visiting this location. Accidents happen but you should at least fix or correct them in some way.

Well sadly the lobby is closed 99% of the time and that really understandable because they are short staffed the food is always really good and as a ex-fastfood worker i feel bad for the drive through people they are hard workers and with no lobby open that's a lot of stress so of you're a minor looking for a job go apply they have many benefits! But the food and service is always great and the lobby and bathrooms are always clean too when the lobby is open.

Updated review as of 6/5/22... Steady and improving. My last couple of visits have been much better. The food quality has improved and the pace of service has improved. This particular Hardee's used to be pretty fantastic. The food was always freshly made and orders were accurate. The last few times I've gone there the food and accuracy of order were pretty terrible. I'm not sure if there was a management change or what, but it's quite disappointing.
