I ordered online for order pick up inside. I waited 30 minutes to get my order and people who ordered inside after me, got their orders before me. Very disappointed. I understand they have issues with the staffing, but the orders must be processed in order it was received.

Probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Always gets the orders wrong and worst customer service. I know they blame it on staffing issues, but the staff that they do have should be better at what they do. I try to avoid this place at all cost.

I asked for a bean burrito with lettuce, tomato and onions. Was offered a beefy burrito, and i said no and repeated what I wanted. Then I was offered a burrito supreme, and again I said no. Apparently my order of a bean burrito, with lettuce, tomato and onions is incomprehensible. I got a disgusting burrito filled w cream, guacamole, shredded cheese and black beans. Far from what I wanted. I failed to ask for hot sauce, and it wasn't offered either. Overall, a very sad display of customer service.

I ordered online. When I got there the doors were locked and 8 cars in line. So I waited 24 minutes to get my online order of less than $5 which is absolutely ridiculous. What's the point of having online ordering if you're going to make the customers wait in line anyway?

They are very reserve with filling the Taco Supreme. There was barely any tomatoes meat and sour cream. Alot of lettuce though.

I went to the Newberry restaurant at 10 PM on Saturday night and it was all closed up but the website said it was open until 1 am.

I’ve been coming to the newberry Taco Bell on and off for about 3 years now, and it was off more than on because they were always getting my order wrong or leaving something out. And I do mean ALWAYS!! But lately they have been very good! Gets the order correct the 1st time, and people are very polite. I don’t know if it’s new management or what but they’re doing A LOT better.
