Place was really busy and the person Had a hard time hearing me when making my order. I felt really bad about asking them to correct the order I had made ( I’m very anxious and it wasn’t their fault). Cashier was wondering and very understanding.

I usually love this place. I was at the mall so I was like "hey, they have their wrap deal today. Let's go grab 2." The guy who put our stuff together, got the dressing wrong on my daughters. We both were not too happy about the ranch dressing when she asked for French. Its just a taste you were looking for, and got Ranch instead.
I do normally love this place though! I usually get the half salad with a panini... flippin delicious!! Healthier option at a mall food court 😋

Have been here too many times! I like their work and the different kind of salad they have! Also soups or side with that! If you want a healthy lunch or dinner you should try this place! I lover their balsamic sauce on the salad and their claim chowder soup bowl!

This Was Such An Awesome Place To Eat At! Me And My Dad Decided To Go Out For Dinner. (Due To Me Just Becoming A Vegetarian) My Dad Suggested Salad Works, I Said Heck Yeah! The People At The Counter We're Very Kind To Us! I Bought A Cezar Salad And My Dad Got A Buffalo Salad. We Both Really Enjoyed Out Salads And Enjoyed Our Whole Experience At Salad Works!

Ordered a 1/2 salad and soup. They accidentally made a full salad. When I ordered my soup they notice their error. Instead of asking if I'd like the full salad, it was thrown out. That's a shame. I would have gladly paid for it.
When it was thrown out, I instantly thought. Hey, so many hungry people out there and they throw out food. I did let it be known. I know, many places throw food out but they should have asked first.

I haven't had Saladworks in years I think the last time I went it was an overpriced salad with a little bit of lettuce I could have made it at home for cheaper
