Oak seemed to me as more a wine and cocktail bar that serves food than a restaurant. The food is good it just doesn’t seem to be the main focus, primarily small plates. Service was friendly and prompt. The live entertainment was was very good without being overwhelming. Overall a nice place to spend some time.

Stopped by for some happy hour specials. Very sweet ambiance with white and pink furniture and decor.

Fancy wine bar with a 5-7 happy hour for both select wines and select appetizers. Mostly small plates with a couple bigger entrees on the menu. Quiet music of a varied nature plays in the background allowing for quality conversations.

Dropped in for some Happy Hour drinks and snacks. The atmosphere is really cool and it was super busy, bit it was a Saturday evening. Bartender was great and explained what was specials and how they worked.
Got a couple of glasses of vino and some chips and salsa. Very good and within walking distance of our Airbnb. Great location and lots of seating.

Neat little bar along oak street with great local beers. Decent whiskey selection too, but their drafts are their strength. Nice outdoor seating too, which now has a roof I noticed. Nice little local bar.

This place is always a solid choice. Great selection of wines, good cocktails, and tasty food. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to your needs. They have daily specials and music on weekends.

After a 15 hour drive down from Chicago to New Orleans, this place was a sight for sore eyes! Our wonderful Airbnb hosts suggested this local spot, which was walking distance from our apartment. We had delicious wine, marinated olives, and a delicious cheese plate! The atmosphere was chill and inviting. It was the perfect place after a long drive. We will be back!

Awesome wine selection and a great atmosphere. I love the way the wine list is broken down and helps with the selection of a flavor profile you'll enjoy. They also serve beer and cocktails, so it's great for groups. Menu offers sharable plates, a delicious burger and much more. Live music is always an added plus for a good time! Service is friendly and knowledgeable. I love everything about this place!
