Sbarro

Very rude and disrespectful cashier. When attempting to make a payment my card would not go through and the cashier got irritated and was telling me to tap which was hard to understand because of his accent. He then yelled at me and grabbed my card from my hands and started aggressively tapping my card on the pin pad. My card does not have a tap feature, otherwise I would’ve tried that. Don’t understand why you would talk to a customer that way when they are paying you money. Don’t go here. Subway has much friendlier service. If it’s late just get a snack from the vending machine.

The cashier was very rude. While I was paying for a few water bottles he asked me to give a tip. When I declined, he became very irritated. I removed my card from the machine when it said "Approved", but then he yelled at me saying that I should have kept my card in the machine until he tells me to remove it, even though it said "Approved" and the receipt came out. Never going to this place again.

Great place. Helpful. Throwback to days when Sbarros were everywhere. I really liked that they allowed me to fill my water bottle. I don't like to waste, and it means a lot to me. This place is clean, has friendly front end staff, and offers several kinds of beer and cider on tap. I think I would have really enjoyed some breadsticks or possibly some of the pizza. It's a bit of a throwback to when I was a kid and there was a Sbarros in every mall and every rest stop in America. This place looks nice. I would go out of my way to eat here. And you should too -- it's one hallway down towards all the trains from the main lobby, and I believe for their courtesy, helpfulness, cleanliness, and fresh 90's Sbarros smells, it's worth a 30 second walk. Though I had already purchased a sandwich from another place in the station -- a place that wouldn't fill my water bottle with sink water. And stopped at another place closer to the front entrance that also let me know their policy is disposable plastic for sale, yes. Water from sink, no.

We had only a moment before our train was leaving but we rolled the dice. No joke, we had twice slices and a beer in our hand in under 60 seconds. These folks know how to move a line. So if you don’t like being told to “hurry up” by the cashier, then keep walking dork, this spot is for serious pizza lovers only.
