How the morning staff keeps their job is beyond me. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru this morning where i mobile ordered. A sandwich and a coffee. I really hope the manager has an explanation as to where my egg for my sandwich is.

Waited 10 mins for a drive thru order. Just to be told they didn’t have the bagel I asked for. Ok that’s fine. Proceeded to choose a different one. Got the bagel and it was hard as a rock. Seemed like it was from a few days prior. Then they tell me they don’t have any green tea. Just Go elsewhere.

How this plane is still opened is beyond me. They are so slow, worse than molasses. Drive thru person is standing there chit chatting anime the other people are working. Should have two people making sandwiches, toasting bagels, etc... Glad I don't live around here as I would have to find somewhere else to but my breakfast. Also heard other people complain about this place.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin, but they've gone downhill. I've currently been in the drive thru for 30 MINUTES. There's no way out and I'm getting more and more aggravated as time goes on.

There was a long line in the drive through, so I understand they were busy. I ordered 4 food items, 2 of them being hash browns. I did not check the bag until after I left, and when I realized I did not receive hash browns I paid for, I returned. I went inside with the bag and the receipt, the first woman I spoke to was kind. She relayed the message to the individual who was in charge of food. The one in charge of the food said to me with utmost disrespect and attitude “I know I put them in there. I remember putting them in there. But I’ll do it anyway.” And then sarcastically told me to have a great day. I apologized to the first woman for the inconvenience, and she reassured me that it is not my fault. Granted, they were busy at this time with drive through orders so I assume if she “remembers” putting them in there that maybe she had mistakenly put them in someone else’s bag, however, the way she accused me of lying was ridiculous. Why would I leave and waste my time coming back to lie about receiving fking hash browns? The amount of times that I have received the wrong order or did not receive everything I ordered but didn’t go back to correct it well surpasses this one time that I decided to come back. I appreciate the other employee who seemed to be suffering the wrath of her coworker as well, her curtesy will be the only reason I come back after being talked to like that over hash browns.

This is the BEST Dunkin in New Haven. The customer service is the best I've ever had in fast food & I always leave satisfied

We should be paid or get our orders free as long you have to wait in line. Slow isn't the word it's ridiculous,

There are many things that go wrong during the day, but it is nice to start the day with good customer service! I have two D&D closer to my house, but have been returning to this location because of the nice and respectful customer service. Like any other D&D, there is going to be a long line both inside and out. But I appreciate the sound of a friendly voice when I drive up or the "have a good day" when I go in and order. For those two things alone, I say thank you to the staff and encourage them to keep up the good work. You never know who the person may be that you are speaking with.
