I live in NC. Traveling to IL, I make it a point to stop at White Castle. This was the 1st store I saw when crossing into IN.
We always order 10 or more sliders, with cheese - no onions.
The customer service was great! The food was Excellent.

I asked for a chocolate milk.
They replied "we don't have chocolate milk.
I said "okay a white milk is fine"
They replied "we don't sell any milk"
On top of that food was cold and no napkins in the bag. Very hateful employees. Handed me my food and slammed the window shut and walked away. I'll be contacting corporate and the Better Business Bureau tomorrow.

Customer service was nice and very polite. Place was clean except they have issues with picking up trash on restaurant floor and emptying trash.

Love the food! Regular sliders with cheese & a cheese fry. The fries are LOADED with tasty, warm cheese sauce. WIN!! Food is 5 stars. Cleanliness, 3 stars. I would've given 2 stars but I heard them saying they're short staffed. It's slow enough in here (& in drive-thru) that someone could have wiped tables, tidied up the restrooms, spot swept. Also, gnats are one egg sack busting away from being rampant. I actually had to kill 1 on my hand AS I ATE. Customer service is great though. I'll come back.. The food always speaks for itself.

I use to love white castles before we got one. If I'm out of town and I get some its usually pretty good. But, this one every single time I've got it the hamburgers taste old and nasty. Literally every single time unfortunately.

So we sat in here for 20 min waiting for food in nearly an empty store. My order was $6.40! The told us 2x they were making it but never did. Serving 4 other customers before asking y we were still standing there. Put down the pipe while your at work people. Drugs are bad.

Love it great service here. Haven't had white Castle in few years. Thanks for lunch. I knew I should have gotten 10 burgers in stead of 6. Next time. I hope see ya again. 2pm 10/21/2020

My husband grew up eating white castle, I was so excited when we came across one while travelling since he's been raving about it for years. We placed our order and after paying and waiting for FIFTEEN minutes (there was no one else there at 3:42 pm and we ordered one meal) we received cold sliders, cold fries and an employee with an attitude. The frozen sliders are better than any of the food we received. Do not go out of your way for this white castle, you will be sadly disappointed.
