Dunkin'

Definitely a hit or miss depending on staff. The last few times I got an iced coffee, it was so disgusting and tasted watered down and this is before the ice had a chance to really melt. I guess I kept going expecting different results but I'm tired of wasting money on iced coffee that tastes like 90% water, 5% coffee, 5% cream/sugar.

I go their every morning and the girls in the morning have the worst customer service!! They are so rude. The lady at night time is so nice and polite. They need more employees like her in the morning. I understand the ladies in the morning are reliable but customer service is also the key to keeping your customers.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COFFEE. They are rude and don’t know what they are doing. We live around the corner and would go here every morning and spend $$ but EVERYTIME we try again the coffee is horrible and they have ATTITUDES. If you don’t know how to make a coffee that’s Dunkin’ promotes go get training!!! Every other location we never have these problems.

Are employees supposed to wear masks while they work? If yes, then what’s the point of wearing one if the mask is pulled below their nose or better yet, if the mask is fully pulled below their nose and mouth. Service is great, people are extremely nice but if policy states all employees are to wear a mask maybe there needs to be retraining done in how to wear one. This is my neighborhood store and frequent this location but until there is a retraining in mask wearing during employees working hours I’ll be avoiding this store for awhile

They have gotten my orders wrong several times. One time I went there and asked for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I left assuming everything was there and then I found out there was only egg in my sandwich no Sausage no cheese. Another time orders were switched between me and another costumer and they wouldn't fix it and get me what I paid for.
