Drive thru associate was very friendly and patient. Food came up quick, and our experience was pleasant. I would recommend stopping for a meal to my friends traveling north on rt 13 thru New castle.

The dining room is never open I want to sit down and eat a freaking sandwich not drive through. They claim because they're short-staffed. Well every single time I've gone there or attempted to go there in the past 6 months it's been closed.

They stopped selling potato cakes!!! That was the distinguishing item for me. Bummed out. Other than that it was good. This place is a doordash favorite so you can expect to wait for your food if you dine in. Still good beef and cheddar.

Their chicken sandwich is phenomenal. Corned beef Reubens and roast beef sandwiches are great.

Stopped here by accident: the plan was to visit Wendy's. I ordered a chicken wrap that was surprisingly good!! It was a nice healthy treat in lieu of salad intended at the other site🙃

For anybody who doesn't know about the super arby should ask for it the next time they're there they don't advertise it but it's the best roast beef sandwich ever

Very friendly staff, loved the fresh flowers on each table. Really unexpected detail for a fast food place. Staff was very helpful, addressing issues with the ketchup dispenser immediately and giving us an upgraded shake size due to the fact we had a longer wait due to the large size of our order. We'll be back!
