Bojangles is always a great place to eat. The staff was slow. Look like they needed an attitude adjustment. Two of them I would have sent home. I think two other customers felt the same way I did.

1st time on the East Coast. Heard about Bojangles, and I wanted to give it a try. The food was great. Prices way better than CA.

The biscuits are consistently tasty. The drive through service is fast and efficient.

The drive thru was so long so grabbed our food from inside and ate in our car. The freshest biscuit. I had country ham and it was so good! My husband got steak and cheese biscuit and his was just as good.

I had a good visit, service was also great bc there was only 1 woman working the front counter.

The food was really good but we had to wait on the chicken to cook for about 13 minutes so we sat inside, could use a lot of upgrading replacing carpet and broken tile floor other than that the customer service was great

I don’t usually have five star ratings for this bojangles in particular however todays experience certainly changed that. The lady who was working the drive thru window at 7:43 AM on 7/24/2023 was absolutely amazing. Super sweet and this woman knew what she was doin! She is wonderful at multi tasking while also being very sweet. She’s on it! I wanted to give her some recognition!

Just left there...the young man in drive thru was so polite and professional..made sure that all my food was made to order just as I wanted...thanks to that young man...great job..gave him a five dollar tip.

Definitely not the first time at Bojangles and it won't be our last. That said we got this location late at night after traveling 11 hours. They were gracious enough to tell us we can eat inside and take our time with no rush. The staff was so kind and courteous to us.
As always the biscuits were on point. And my children enjoyed the chicken as so did I
