Between customer service and the quality of food I would give a billion stars. Moved from Boston almost a yr ago and haven't ate anywhere twice because my family hasn't found anything good. Going here tonight and not only did the gentleman bring my food to the car, but the pizza is just as good at what I find back home and in NY. Thank YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU sincerely a newcomer 😊😁

The have a hidden treasure in River Bend NC! This is a quaint fabulous pizzas spot that has that down home feel to it. The food is authentic 😋 and homemade and a wonderful treat. You wouldn't know about this place unless you live here or come to visit and explore 😉. Great food and an awesome staff. They are definitely worth a try and I promise you will find something you will remember!

I’ve never dined in but damn are they friendly and service for pickup was awesome! They literally have the BEST mozzarella stick’s I’ve EVER had. Please don’t order them all because they sell out sometimes…

Transplanted from the North, we have been in New Bern for ten years now. One thing we have missed is the good food we used to get up there. But, we have a new go-to here at Panichelli's. As
I pass by leaving the golf course, I had never stopped. But now, my wife and I love the food here.
Owner Josh is always working his tail off, and the friendly staff the same. To us, the Supreme Pizza is the best in New Bern, and we are on a quest to try out all their offerings. The steak and fries is a nice treat, as are the Jalapeno Poppers, and tonight was our first Stromboli.... delicious. Plenty of filling and a good taste. Their food is excellent and I must fight the urge after golf to top in each day. #1 in our estimation.

Panichellis has great NY style pizza. Love their calzones and mozzarella sticks! Dine in is standard pizza place. Pepsi products. They have cannolis too 😁

It's very homey and the pizzas are huge. I mean huge. The staff walked our pizzas out to the car and put them in the back. I couldn't believe it. We don't get that kind of amazing customer service in Baltimore. The huge pizza with 4 toppings was 20 bucks, amazing

BEST pizza I’ve ever had. If you like onions I highly recommend them on your pizza from here🤩. First off I got a large and it was more like an extra large so definitely a bang for your buck! The crust was perfect and crunchy and the sauce was so authentic tasting. The mozzarella sticks are homemade and when I tell you they are HUGE…… I will never be ordering pizza from anywhere else again 🤣

A truly exceptional meal and overall great experience. Some of the best mozzarella sticks I've ever tasted. And the chicken in the chicken parmesan was able to be cut with a fork being it was so tender. Great customer service rounded out a perfect first experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who loves great Italian food.

Not being from here... I can honestly attest that THIS establishment has THE BEST Pies! Yes, JH, I said it. 🤣 Best "pizza" in probably 100 mi radius. Maybe more. Finally, I found my spot. Sandwiches, dinners & dessert are just as amazing! Friendly staff & fast service for being as busy as they are. You shan't be disappointed. Be careful, however.. when you order the Large pie.... it's HUGE!😊

Stopped in for some food here on 12/30/2020 after reading some good reviews. Staff was exceptional, very friendly and very welcoming. The food .... this place is about 2 hours from where I live in Chapel Hill, and I would make the drive for this food anytime. We tried the pizza, garlic knots, and mozzarella sticks. All were amazing. Easily the best pizza and mozzarella sticks I have ever had, even compared to pizzerias in NY. Overall amazing place to get fresh, hot food at a very reasonable price. We will 100% be coming back here again!

Nothing but great service and GREAT food! From the pizza, sub's, salads, all the way to the homemade mozzarella sticks. I've been in and out of here for about 5 years now and everyone is VERY respectful! The boss always takes care of his guests and makes sure his employees do as well. If you ever get the chance to try them, please do, you won't be disappointed! 😃
