Subway

I went to this Subway and it was horrible!!! The temp inside was 91°. No air conditioning. The poor girl working was by herself. Understaffed!!! She gave great customer service but the line was horrible! Even thought she tried to get everyone and i know she does great sandwiches she was definitely under stress from working by herself. Not the first time I go and it's understaffed!! They need A/C!! They need more employees!!! It would be better if they had a couple more employees with the great customer service the girl working gave under those conditions. I cant believe they would make anyone work with that temp 91°there and by herself. Someone should report it.! I have to ask....where the hell is management??? Hello ???....owner I would like to eat where I am not suffocating! By the way i would give 5 stars to the poor girl Liz for working but not the place! Horrible

Just came from this Subway. I value any place with good customer service and this is just the place to go if you're looking for that. At the end of the day, the staff in this Subway respond very kindly especially if you're not a douche customer. I made a mistake in asking for one of my subs and asked if the lady would remake it and then loudly apologized so her staff and everyone else knew why she was taking longer than expected. I kind of signaled to all it was my fault. I then told the other lady 'boy it go busy out of nowhere in here' and they just responded so well to that. Just know that a good attitude will do you wonders with this subway. The staff will go above and beyond. great subway and my sandwiches were delish. Sweet ladies in there. Get your subs from this place. :) That said, Alan down below had a very different experience so take his perspective to heart as well. But this was my personal experience.

Called in an order and waited 45 minutes for 2 subs. Rude and unprofessional is an understatement. After waiting 45 minutes they asked what items did I want as if I didn't call ahead. They were out of several condiments I ordered and attempted to give me the order without mentioning they were our of things like spinach and pickles. So much for made fresh your way, I was expected to take whatever they fixed. Then Amber advised me my complaint would not be forwarded because the Manger was aware. All of this while I stood waiting 45 minutes in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. I emailed the owner Mr.Patel, because this was outrageous.

Worst subway in New Berlin. Heck worst subway I've ever been to. Nothing is ever clean and the people are just horrible. You can find better customer service at a McDonald's and midnight that you will ever see here(note that is not a compliment to McDonald's). What really put me over the edge to write this reveiw was that today I was desperate to get a sub to avoid going around the bridge that was out so I figured I could deal with it. It was 7:55pm, not knowing they closed at 8 I pulled on the door and it was locked. The lady looks up shakes her head no and then goes back to cleaning. Unacceptable, it's one thing to say we are closed but really 5 mins before you close you are cleaning up already and turning away customers. That is so ridiculous. Need less to say your better off going to the pick n' save next door and make your own freakn sandwich. Wish there was a 0 star option.

This location is poor. The staff skimp out on everything and just throw veggies on. They put the wrong things on, when you say I want spinach and they put lettuce on it. I have to repeat myself a hundred times. SPINACH! How does spinach sound like lettuce?!?! I like other Subway restaurants but the foreign people that own/run this franchise should learn better service.
