This is a really lovely place with great staff who are always so kind to my kids. Very good value and space to dine outside too.

Our favourite chippie. Usually have fish deal so we just phone in our order and never have to wait long to pick up. Decent portions, crunchy batter and yummy chips. Always reliable and the staff are lovely and friendly too.

Think this is my favourite chippy in town. I recently made an order and got caught up in town and they had to throw my order away. They made me a new order on the spot even though it was my fault! They're great and super accomodating and will encourage others to get their meals here. Great service and great food too!!

We have been getting fish n chips from this shop (and the shop formerly known as Alton Street Takeaways) for over 40 years. Best in Nelson. I particularly recommend the potato fritters (flips) as a delicious addition to any meal. So grateful for the effort and dedication!
