Dunkin'

This is a great Dunkin with lots of hard-working and friendly staff. The drive-through line can be a disaster area during peak though, it's not very well situated for that, traffic can line up down the street! Try to approach it from the same side it's on, because turning left into the drive through across traffic with that long line the other way is very hard. But if you let someone trying to do that go in, often they will buy your coffee :-) Be kind, do good things.

I'm so excited for wawa to come. I had some lady who didn't speak English wave the coffee with the ice chattering in the cup at me. The bagel looks like it was set on fire. When you are charging 5 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese it better be the best bagel in the area. Not one you pulled out of a trash can and set on fire.

One of the most confusing Dunkin's in the area. My mom has lost so much money from this place because of their horrible service and uses of the app. They regularly don't accept mobile orders, and when they do, they remove half the menu so you can't order practically anything. Half the time they claim they don't have an espresso machine, or say they're out of basically every ingredient in the drink you ordered. Last time I wanted to pick up inside from a mobile order, the door was locked. The drive through line was so chaotic and backed up into the street that I never got my order and wasted my money. For the love of God just skip this place and go to the nearest Wawa. It'll save you time and money.

This location has gotten so bad over the past few months. It used to be a longer wait but they were always friendly and got the orders right so it was worth it. Now every time me or my family have tried to go the order is completely wrong, the main guy working is sooo rude, and it tastes bad. I wouldn’t bother wasting your money.

I ordered a croissant sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese. The croissant was so burned I couldn't chew through it. My daughter ordered a Turkey sausage, egg and cheese muffin and it was so dried out, it was tasteless. We were already back on the road, so we went without breakfast. The expresso machine was down, so we had reach had a medium regular coffee. Very disappointed.

I live in the area so we've stopped here many times over the years. This is consistently the worst DD! They make orders wrong, rarely have good donuts (no selection or stale), the app function often isn't working. It's a mess! We have gotten so fed up with this place, we avoid it and often drive the extra miles to the Dunkin in Bath, PA.
