Dunkin'

I went to this Dunkin today and the woman at the drive thru was very fast, friendly and efficient!! She was beautiful and nice and I highly appreciate the fast, friendly service! I was in the area again later in the day [Lyft driver] and stopped inside to use the bathroom real quick and it was very clean!!! This was great, thank you! I will be returning!

They mess up on my order. Not the first time. I don't know what it is with them. And then I get to work just to find they gave me wrong muffin ,missing food..I'm rushing to get to work don't have time to open everything up.I trust them to get things right. But nope they screw up. I'm all set. They lost a good customer..

Dunkin's always gets my four star five star whatever it is - it's always good man! it's definitely a New England thing! and don't get me wrong I like Starbucks there's a couple menu items that are to die for. but consistently I can drink anything from Dunkin' donuts and love it give me a lot take give me a iced coffee give me a hot coffee just give me that Duncan's coffee I mean it must have crack and methamphetamine in it - hold it I take that back. retraction! of course do not mean to suggest that Dunkins would operate or have to operate like a cigarette company and pump in extra stuff to hook the customers. no, no conspiracy theories here... coffee is addicting well the caffeine is - and Dunkin's just has a kind of perfected it really. I mean look at the lines or at least the flow of traffic. they got to have it! and on a personal note: * the Staff. the staff at this Dunkin Donuts location was extraordinarily friendly, professional, fast, and as expected made my Dunkin' Donuts coffee taste like my last Dunkin Donuts coffee that I got 60 miles away at a different place! I'm going to be honest that is the highest compliment one can give. and the owner should know that - your biggest overhead is your staff - and in this case you chose well. so rest easy and sleep well knowing your coffee is being made to franchise perfection - that's what gives you that license to print all that money. come on.. it's like four Cents maybe nine Cents total cost for a cup of coffee - but correct me if that's corporate and you pay extra franchise - still not a bad Shake be happy you got a great staff and a great little shop! I recommend anybody go here you'll leave happy !

We used to hate this Dunkin because we’d show up at like 3pm and they wouldn’t be open… but since the new owners took over recently it’s turned around 100%! Longer hours, the employees are super friendly and get my order right consistently, and the drive through line (while usually super long) moves very quickly. Also the inside recently reopened so if the line is too long we just go in and get served immediately.

Don’t come here. It a waste of time and money. Not only do you have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru but the woman doing taking your cash/credit card does not speak English nor does she know any math. She also is not a very good liar . If your going to lie about what a customer hands you you should at least make sure it makes sense. For only opened 3 hours a day those hours matter. After this experienced I rather pay two dollars more for Starbucks cause at least I know they’ll be nice and not have an attitude. Also Starbucks make sure there employees know basic number because the cash register tells you how much to give the customer back.

That is the highest I can give since the last time I've been there I don't know what was wrong with the personnel the person I talk to I'm over the speaker but he had a attitude he asked me three times the same question which I answered three times and my mistake was when I picked up on the window that I didn't look in the back because I believe deliberately because he was kind of ticked off I couldn't even hear him cussing oh Christ that he put that delivery the wrong order in the back for me
