I can't believe the way subway employees don't clean the cutting knife after using it to cut other sandwiches and when you keep using the same knife to cut the different sandwiches with all the dressings and the cross-contamination that are clear as day smeard and clumped up on the knife ! And you dirty nasty sick employees don't have thare serve safes because if they did have thare serve safes they would know how to not cross contaminate ,,,,,, I cleary said please don't touch my sandwich with the cut knife because off the cross contamination,, the employees in the Natick location can't understand English and they all cross contaminate so be careful if contamination with food is a problem , if you can't keep the food safe for customers to eat than you don't deserve a job

I've been going here once a month or so since pandemic. Tonight I went in and owner was there. He immediately rolled his eyes at me when I walked in. I asked a question about how he was about to makemy wrap sandwich. He got real rude and snapped at me stating "how about you don't have anything " I agreed and walked out. Note to owner: people have options and if you continue acting like this. I'm sure you won't be one of them!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I live right across the street and will drive to a further Subway to avoid this place. Never ONCE has my mobile order been correct. I received my sandwiches made incorrectly and when I asked for my sandwiches to be made the way I ordered- the staff declined and wouldn't correct the problem...unreal. Please save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere!

What terrible service is this? I pre-ordered my sandwich over the phone and 15 minutes later when I showed up there for pickup, it wasn't ready. Infact, the walk-in customers were given a preference and I had to wait for 10 minutes more before they even started prepping my order. Tell me what's the point of pre-ordering if we're anyway supposed to go through the usual queuing? I'll be making a second visit there soon again with a pre-order. If this happens again I'm making an official complain!
