Panera Bread

Waited 8 minutea to order behind a group of 3 as every kiosk was not functional. Did not have any souffles, so I went with a breakfast sandwich. 15 Additional minutes late, I get the monstrosity mess picture that has ice cold eggs. like. fresh from a fridge cold, not even luke warm. Huge waste of time and money.

I Had an Excellent experience. I placed a to go order in the parking lot and forgot to choose curbside. I spotted an employee delivering a curbside order and asked could I change my order to curbside? Or did I have to go in? She changed it and went back inside to bring the order. Very easy to talk to and my food was delicious. I tried the Flatbread pizza, the brownie and an almond vanilla cold brew. Everything was great.

The worker that took our order, Armani, was not very friendly or helpful. While looking for a free table, I noticed they were all dirty, except one. My portable beeper never went off. After waiting a while, I walked up to the counter to see what I believed to be my order sitting there. I asked if it was mine, and the woman behind the counter said yes. When I mentioned that my beeper never went off, she hatefully said, "Oh, well. I called you twice." Both people are poor representatives to the public. The food, however, was delicious. I won't be visiting this location again though.

I was in Panera to order food. I got my food and at down. All I wanted was to enjoy my food. The clean up girl in thr lobby kept bothering me. She kept asking "Are you OK?" I was really angry. She was not being helpful. She was actively trying to start a confrontation and get into my business with personal questions
