We signed up at Boost because it is one of the few, if any, gyms that offers child care and it’s very affordable. The staff is very friendly and the equipment is clean and well maintained and has everything you need! Highly recommend this gym! Oh and their smoothies at the cafe are yum!

I have been a member at Boost for almost 10 years and don’t plan to stop anytime soon! Boost is a positive community full of wonderful people who motivate and encourage. My healthy and active lifestyle can be credited in so many ways to Boost.

My family and I have been attending Boost for almost two years now and have not looked for another gym since. The equipment is well taken care of and the staff is always friendly. The cafe makes fantastic shakes and smoothies and there’s always classes to take if I need a good workout!
