Nomzilla was a late dinner. Every non chain restaurant was closed, but Nomzilla was open, so I tried it. I really enjoyed my dish. I had the bulgogi. It was a quick dinner. I will definitely go back to try more.

Great little sushi spot with a menu of full and very flavorful dishes. Service can be hit or miss, the staff is always kind, they take their time -- which some people may enjoy. The cocktails are creative and tasty, and I particularly love the vegan sushi.

Went on a whim and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The food was all delicious. The service was attentive without being intrusive or obsequious. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming to families without making it a French fries and chicken fingers place. It definitely feels like a neighborhood restaurant, a sort of place where everone knows your name. I will definitely be going back.

...how is this East Nashville Hidden Treasure not #1. Absolute SCRUMPTIOUSNESS! Boa Buns, OMG.. Vege Fried Rice, Crispy Brussel Sprouts, and the SUSHI , not enough words to describe the deliciousness they offer not to mention full bar , Great staff and cool Vibe.

Not your typical sushi restaurant. We were happy to be able to walk to this popular restaurant and enjoy a fabulous whiskey sour cocktail hand shaken by the conscientious bartender and Kirin Ichiban. The menu included sushi and fabulous other choices. I thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian udon - the broth was AMAZING! I only wish I knew how they created this delicious meal. I highly recommend stopping in at this local establishment.

The Nashville hot chicken bao with a spider roll was so tasty. The chicken wasn't quite as spicy as I like and they offered a sauce (more like an oil) to spice it up so I asked for some on the side. That stuff was🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Ghost pepper is one of the ingredients. The cucumber and mango sauce (seen on top of bao) added a pop of fresh and fruity that I couldn't get enough of. Super friendly staff, clean and inviting environment, easy to find location and chefs that care about the quality of the dishes they make, this place is a win. Go, do it now. #hotchickenweek20

I’ve dined here multiple times over the years and my experience has always been excellent. I always get the Corona roll and the hot tofu. Absolutely delicious every time and the service is outstanding.

I got the tuna and yellowtail Poké bowl. Wow these flavors are so good and the fish is very fresh. The bowl was $20 and you get to pick two different kinds of fish. The staff was super friendly and the music choice was very tasteful. I’ll definitely be back.

The sushi here is top shelf! Soooo good we wanted to go right back for more. I give 4 stars and not 5 because they always seem to have issues with their kitchen. One was they didn’t have rice and the next time they had no hot food available. If I wanted to make this a go to restaurant I would want to make sure that they are consistently going to have their entire menu available because we drive a ways to get there.

This new sushi spot in East Nashville has a lot of great sushi dishes to choose from and I loved the rainbow roll. I wish they had a larger drink menu. But they are in a great location to walk to other places for a drink after you eat sushi! Their Brussel sprouts were surprising great and worth ordering to share.

I went here during hot chicken week, and the hot chicken had great crunch and flavor. I can't wait to go back and try the wings and see how good they are. I got the volcano roll as well, but I really wasn't a fan of it.

They have an excellent and tasty udon noodle seafood bowl and Karagi. The staff are very friendly and love the shop and the food. One hostess I met explained to me that she eat 3 meals a day there before finally applying to work there. The other members said it was an easy choice as she knew everything on the menu. Very hearty sizes and very possible to share on a date. I will return if I return to Nashville.
