Dunkin'

Random kindness. I am giving this location a 5 star rating because I always have a friendly experience, no matter the time of day. **Today however was special, I came in and ordered a large amount of food and was having a wonderful conversation with a gentleman who was fixing the credit card readers and when I went to pay with my card, he told me it was on the house! His reasoning was he just restarted the machines and it would be a minute, however I think he was just being nice to be nice. Come to find out he was the owner. Bravo Dunkin's Main Street Nashua for making my family's day! #CustomerforLife

There's always something wrong with my order. The food is either over or under cooked. The coffee ingredients are never on point or the same. Good luck getting a flavor, it's usually mixed with a hint of another flavor that you did not order. I go back to have them remake my things and get an attitude by just about anyone who has to fix it. I call and complain and it gets nowhere, so that means it's management that's not paying attention to paying customers. Definitely come to this location for horrible coffee, horrible service and horrible oven baked foods

I can actually appreciate a Dunkin donuts without a drive thru. I think this Dunkins does a decent job overall. If there is anything wrong with my order, I'm already in the lobby to have it fixed quickly. I rarely have an issue here though. Pretty consistent and good. There is not a lot of room so it can get filled up quickly.

With all this Covid 19 going on, we (the customers) are told to wear masks. Then why aren't your employees enforced to wear them. I was there today and there were 5 employees who were not wearing them. This is your 300 Main Street location, I will definitely NOT be going back there. Even after Covid 19 is over. I have been a faithful customer and "your loss".
