Love the food, and the service is great from the employees.
However, when it’s 33 degrees outside and you have your employees standing in the pouring rain taking orders without proper gear like jackets and ponchos, it really speaks to how the company doesn’t care about their employees.
Pressed, please take a portion of your enormous profits to help your awesome employees. Thank you!

I visited Press Cafe several times while I was visiting my friends and family while I was on vacation here from Texas and I fell in love with this place immediately. How I wish I had one here at home to go to everyday. I’m already addicted to that coffee…it just hits different! I think they put something in it to make you crave it or something. Anyhow, if you have never been there you just need to give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

First time here. I got the Backyard BBQ protein bowl, added on mushrooms and a fresh lemonade. It was amazing. 10/10 no complaints. It was a bit more pricy than I am used to for 'drive thru' ($26 after tip) but the quality is right up there with a dine in restaurant. The online ordering was clear and easy to follow, and picking up was easy. I will be back for sure!

Had a bit of an ordering debacle (on my end!) when we arrived to pick up a phone order that had never been called in. Josh was AMAZING and stepped up (during the noontime rush mind you!) to quickly and happily prepare our order. All delicious as usual! Recommended by the front desk at our hotel as we were checking out. What a great call. Food, drinks and service was all phenomenal. Highly recommend if you ever have the chance to eat here. Drive thru only but you can order on line.

Food is always great and consistent. Service as well is great. However, the wait time for 2 sandwiches was a little too much. Visited on a Sunday around 1:30pm. Took close to 30 minutes to get thru the line and receive our food. Certainly room for improvement.

I am a regular to this drive-thru pressed and the food is always amazing but today I accidentally ordered my food to the wrong store and the runner Ashley was so pleasant and sweet! She retook my order and had my food out to me in no time and she gave us free cookies and apologized for my mess up! She was so awesome she didnt need to do that but it made my day and hopefully she keeps it up!

Really bummed out! The menu offers great options for beverages and food. Unfortunately I paid $10 for a 3 cheese grilled cheese w/ bacon that came with no bacon and what looks like less than 1 slice of cheese!
I took one bite of a corner before having to check the sandwich. I was served a toasted slice of bread! For $10!
