B. Good

Food is excellent, high quality, and healthy. I've had the burgers, they're excellent, but I go there for the bowls. The bowls are probably a foot across. They will leave you completely full, but without feeling stuffed. Price with chicken added is about $13. Paired with a 4 Petal cold pressed juice (which I think is the only place you can buy 4 Petal, I recommend the one with coconut milk, pineapple, and mint) comes out to about $18. Not exactly cheap for fast casual, but worth every penny for the fresh ingredients. Wish there were more locations.

Took 20 minutes to get our food after ordering. Buns were burnt so I had them replace them and not toast them, but the new buns were cold and wet like they had been frozen. I hadn't noticed the fries until I got to the table. The fries were limp and soggy. And, their wifi did not work. For nearly $30 for two burgers, fries and drinks, I expect much better. Also, the burgers are tiny, dry and overcooked.

Should call it used to b.good. The portions are awful for the price( seriously, they are potatoes what gives). Yeah they have a nice story, sorta, but when you can't get a burger at 8:30 on a Friday what's the point. If your vegan or whatever yeah sure in a pinch, but unless your incredibly food conscious it's not a great option.

If your looking for a quick bite this is the place to go. They do care about the food they were making and I could hear the callout for no cheese at all like I asked on my vegie burger so I knew they werent going to get it wrong great save to my day since I was driving around for hours looking for good vegan options for food. Really saved my day!

Had a really wonderful experience at the Nashua location and had to share. Not only was the food on point (love that guacamole burger wrapped in lettuce) but the service was too. I have frequented other locations and have never been met with such friendly service. Martina was careful with my order (I have many allergies) and considerate of my needs. Cole fulfilled my order with the care I needed. I was just really impressed with the demeanor of both employees: they smiled - sounds simple to do but we don't see that often anymore - they seemed happy to be at work, they took their job seriously, they were willing to do whatever was necessary to make sure my experience was a good one. And it was. Thanks to them. It is not always the case. Food service is a tough business. It isn't always easy to be "on" but it is part of the job to be pleasant wherever you can, to be approachable, to be kind. Martina and Cole were all of that and more. Kudos to that location for hiring such stellar employees. Everyone needs to take a page out the book those employees are writing!!

Order was delivered by door dash and the upgraded milkshakes were not included. Called the location to have them refund the extra $3.99 per shake and was told their ticket doesn’t have it and it was my problem to take up with DoorDash. Additionally 1 of the kids meals barely had 2 pieces of chicken in it when it was suppose to have 3 (they sent 2 half pieces and 1 full piece) and I was told that’s how BGood corporate tells them to do it to count it as 3. I was offered a replacement meal on my next order but when asked why they wouldn’t refund my money the person hung up on me. If BGood thinks treating a customer who spent $60 on an order during COVID should be treated this way then I won’t be upset when this location is closed.

It's like waiting for potatoes to grow...Pressed Cafe around the corner was jammed with no open tables so we decided to try b.good again. There is a reason this place is always empty. There was one other table with 2 customers. We sat there waiting and waiting and waiting and honestly, it's hard to imagine 5 people that move slower in a kitchen. Our food took an unduly long time. The local source concept and the menu is great. Food quality very good. But the execution and service is awful. This place takes the "fast" out of "fast casual". My wife went back up to order fries right after we sat down. The fries came almost 25 minutes later after we were all done eating and half of them were not fully cooked. I don't see any reason we'll ever return. We'll get to Pressed Cafe earlier next time for a table.
