Great food and Great chicken shnitzel. While the place was busy on a weekend, we got served 6 plates in under 20 minutes so this was a good surprise as it is apparently not always as fast as per what others experienced. Regardless, it is worth the wait for good food.

It's an extremely busy store and understaffed so hard to get a cleared / clean table.
Food was fine, same standard at all Schnitz. Staff when able to stop them, where helpful.
We used the QR code on the table to order which worked great and saved us from having to line up.

It would have been nice to know I was being charged a holiday surcharge before ordering/paying. $7's extra for below average meals and slow service on a dead sunday afternoon. Are you serving baby birds as parma's?? Considering the amount of reviews complaining about portion sizes, you'd think something would have been done about it! Also had extra sauces put through that I didn't order and staff acted like it wasn't their problem and I was being a nuisance for bringing it up.

Food size was pathetic. Tiny little schnitzel. Forgot my salad. $43bucks. Don't waste your money on this place..
Jonny boys pizza does a way bigger feed cheaper..
Plus you try call and get msg bank..

Worst schnitz I have ever been to. Waited nearly 45 mins for a take away order. Then to see the workers have a great conversation while holding our food.

25 minute wait on 2 wraps. It's a Wednesday day and not even during the lunch rush. Food sitting there for 20 minutes just to be handed to us.
Changed review from 1 to 4 star because the manager on shift was understanding and good about it.
Updated: 30 minutes for 2 wraps on a Thursday day. They had at most 5 tables seated and at least 5 people working. Honestly pathetic compared to most kitchens I’ve worked in. Staff weren’t apologetic and looked like they wanted to kill themselves.
