Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I rececently visited Tropical Smoothie during a busy rush hour, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I experienced. Despite the bustling crowd, the staff went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable experience. James, Bri and Grace were exceptional and made me feel like a valued customer. Will definitely be back!

I've been to this location a few times now in the evening hours to grab dinner and there's usually only 2 people running the entire store. Not only are these guys getting hammered with drive thru and in-person orders but also online orders. I read another review calling them slow and felt that was an extremely unfair assessment given the conditions they're in, so I had to give my input. Every time I've come to this location I've been greeted with nothing but friendly and helpful customer service. They're trying their best. P.S. I highly recommend the Sunrise Sunset btw if you haven't tried it already

Wonderful angels work at this location. Just stopped by 10/13/2023 on a rainy flooded 11am morning in Naples lol and they were responsive wonderful and took care of me especially Britney who at the time was working register. The team of 3 woman stayed strong and knocked down order left and right I’m proud of them and proud to be a guest at this tropical smoothie cafe! Nice job lady’s and wonderful job to your store manager

Strolled into the store on a rainy day, soaked from the downpour. I was weak from work, so I assumed that a tasty Tropical Smoothie sandwich would heal my ailments. Who would've guessed that this wonderful employee named James would personally dry me off with an egyptian cotton towel? To make my day better, he made the best sandwich and smoothie I've ever had in my life. Thanks James!

This is my home away from home. I love this place. The smoothies are my favorite where as the peanut butter crunch flat bread is my son's. I love the seasonal changes that get added on every so often while keeping all the classics around the whole time. There is free wifi so you can sit and relax while playing on your phone and a kid friendly menu as well, for the little ones. Customer service is always top notch here and parking is never an issue, for they have a giant parking lot. You can enjoy your delicious items inside or move outside to the benches that they have just a couple stores down.
