Five Guys

I ordered my food online directly from the 5 Guys website and when I arrived to pick it up, there was some sort of miscommunication and they had to make my order on the spot. The manager issued me a refund and the food came out quickly, I appreciate this gentlemen and I think he handled the situation like a true professional, awesome job on a busy labor day!

Let me just say that this location, the manager, and crew ROCK! Thank you a million for being so kind. Unfortunately I was having the worst day and accidentally ordered to another five guys all the way in Cape Coral. Thankfully Juli overheard the conversation and helped me solve the issue at hand. I frequent this location and aside from always being clean and the food has always been great. This customer service EXCEEDS any kind of expectation and deserves all the recognition. Thank you a ton for making my day better!

This Five Guys location has a great staff and consistently makes the food awesome! Only negative is the outrageous price for a cheeseburger. For a regular cheeseburger, drink, and fries; it’ll set you back almost $20.

Today my wife mistakenly ordered from the wrong location. She ordered a pretty big size dinner for the two of us and was intended for radio Road however she sent it to Pine Ridge after talking to the managers not only did I not have an issue with getting my order transferred to the other location but when I got to the radio Road location the manager Eli was completely outstanding, amazing, and wonderful as well as all the employees. Extremely busy location and they were not only on top of it but they went out of their way to give me the best service possible.
