Starbucks

This Starbucks is one of the absolute best in SWFL. They are always so welcoming, engaging, and kind. Every single staff member greets me when I come in on my lunch break. My coffee which is a special order is always excellent. From Ashley who makes the best impression on anyone with the biggest smile, to the Manager, all of the employees who work here go above and beyond and provide stellar customer service. I would highly recommend this location. I would also hope that they are recognized for their exceptional commitment to their job and providing the best customer experience. This Starbucks honestly has some of the most exceptional people. They know my order by heart and I am truly blessed to know each and every one of them. They take the time to get to know you, not just your name. Asha is truly wonderful and honestly makes me feel special every time I walk in the door. And that is truly exceptional. I look forward to walking to see the staff everyday on my lunch break at work. Thank you all for being such a great place to go, it is always an uplifting and one of my favorites parts of my day. 💚

The morning team is the best....when I see Aymee at the window I know I'm getting to work on time no matter how long the line is. She really moves the line along, she always asks me if I want to use points, and informs me of promotions....I really feel like she would make a great manager. Always pleasant and kind and efficient.

Good day Troops! I’m normally not a Starbucks coffee girl but I was gonna be on a long drive today and needed some “pick me” coffee and I stopped in this particular Starbucks ⭐️ I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, my service was excellent and everyone was happy and professional!! What a way to start the day, thanks to whole staff there at Starbucks!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

It is always immaculate inside and outside the establishment. And the staff is always polite. I want to mention Matteo in particular because he recently went above and beyond. Yesterday, I went to a separate Starbucks (not mentioning any location in particular) and ordered a black tea lemonade. When I received it, there was little to no lemonade and very little ice. When I realized this, I stopped at Pine Ridge Road to order a new one. I ordered a black tea lemonade with a little extra lemonade. I nonchalantly explained what had happened. I specifically mentioned it was from another Starbucks. And I was not asking for anything, except for listening. I was getting ready to pay when Matteo insisted I have a black tea lemonade on the house. He didn’t have to go this extra step. It was very thoughtful! Not to mention, the black tea lemonade was perfect!

I'd give five stars but this location is notorious for randomly shutting down indoor and drive through mid shifts. No understanding as of why, but living right next to this store only to find it abruptly closed for no reason - forcing me to drive miles away to a sister store for a Starbucks experience, that only leaves one wondering if they should hit either of the two Dunkin stores on pine ridge and also in the middle of both starbuck stores instead... In turn saving time and $. Other than that, fraps ftw.

I was visiting my mom in Naples, and I often go to this Starbucks each time I am there. Last weekend (2/26), the store was absolutely crazy busy with orders. I see everyone in side hustling, working up a sweat and trying to apologize to customers for any delayed orders due to the store's busyness. As it turns out, a bunch of Starbucks in the area had closed that day, leaving this store carrying the weight of several Starbucks in the area. I have never been so impressed by a team. They were all running in overdrive, trying to still give all the customers a great experience. Even when it got super busy inside, they were still patient with each customer's order. These individuals deserve all the praise in the world, as there wasn't one single person in the store complaining at the craziness and the longer wait times because these individuals were so wonderful and going over the top! I will definitely be going back here, and I hope Starbucks rewards these incredible humans!
