Definitely a go to spot for lunch. The food is always good and the place is clean. It can get a little pricey, but once you figure out what's worth ordering, it's worth going. I love their maduros!

Drive thru only. Super slow. Definitely will lose customers this way. Why is the dine-in not open? But food was very good.

This was so great! Super clean! Also it was our first time and we had told the young man who took our order it was our first time here. At the end of our amazing meal-he gave a free dessert and said “since it’s your first time here” (we were eyeing up that very dessert he gave to us). Attention to detail! Great food! Awesome service

Last night I came in and had a very enjoyable meal and great service, but one thing I noticed that did not represent Pollo tropical or their policies was one employee kept coming out of the kitchen and texting in front of your patrons showing no concern for the customers... while I believe it was one of your lead persons, was trying to run the cash register, bring out meals and was cleaning all the tables and hauling the trash out by herself plus asking each customer how everything was, noting also the other employees in the kitchen we’re working very hard. Again I would like to mention how good the food was, absolutely excellent and reasonably priced.

I love the food from Pollo Tropical! This time I ordered the TropiChop Bowl with Black Beans, White Rice, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Corn, Onions, Peppers, and "Churrasco" Steak. I have to be honest, I always add at least 3 little salt packets to the TropiChop Bowl with Churrasco at Pollo Tropical because I understand that many people have high blood pressure and they cannot have salt, so I'm cool with that. I usually drink water with my meals. And all that delicious meal costs less than 6 dollars! One more thing, they offer Free Wi-Fi at the restaurant I highly recommend Pollo Tropical! Delicious food for an unbeatable price!

Great comfort food spot for the family or by yourself, chicken is really good, love the fried yuca or sweet plantains for sides. They also have awesome salsas like garlic cilantro, guava BBQ and the best is that Is very Inexpensive.
