Burgerfi

This was our second time hosting a family night here for East Naples Middle School PTO. The food is delicious & the staff is very friendly. Kimberly is always so helpful and kind. We highly recommend coming to Burger-Fi to host a dine to donate night and raise funds for your school or organization. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

First time here. I got the Double BurgerFI Cheeseburger and my husband got the BBQ Rodeo Burger. Excellent food. Only complaint is the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathrooms. Tables and chairs were dirty with crumbs everywhere and bathrooms look like they’ve never been cleaned. Will definitely go back but would be nice if it was cleaner. Update: Came back again today and Karla who was at the cashier was amazing. Excellent customer service and it was no nice and refreshing to see someone whose cheery and actually enjoys their job. The restaurant was also very clean today, so maybe we just came at a bad/busy time yesterday. 10/10 recommend this place!

This evening at Burgerfi Naples I realized that the polite young lady at the counter was someone I knew. I then immediately remembered that I met Gabby back in February on her first day on the job. Here 8 months later was the same gracious, friendly, helpful worker, only now so confident and representing her company so well. New girl to Super girl! I was so happy to see this transformation! I’ll be more likely to return to Burgerfi as great service and a familiar face are so important. The new chicken wings were good, although maybe turn up the heat! All else consistent as always and a staple for us! Now fine and competent service Will be more consistent as well with Gabby still at the counter going over and above. You will see too! Show her appreciation!

This is our favorite fast food in Naples. They are ALWAYS friendly, their shakes are the old fashioned real kind, and their chicken tenders are literally the first chicken nuggets I’ve actually liked. I normally detest chicken nuggets as tasteless cardboard. Deshawn and crew (Jesus and Jen) are always wonderful….

First Experience and have to say was great . De Sean is outstanding at giving amazing service. He made special accommodations to help me and I really appreciated it. Great guy!! I’m from Toronto and will be back when I’m in Naples again because of the way he treated me. Great food great service 5 stars
