Absolutely stunning experience! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. The staff made us feel like the only patrons in the room. The food was delicious. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the soufflés were delightful. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a fabulous dining experience and feel like royalty.

Our server Scott was just amazing. He was polite and very helpful over items on the menu. The overall atmosphere of the place is just perfect, piano sounds, dimmed lights and very elegant. The food is spectacular! We ordered a Dry Aged Ribeye 22oz, Brussels Sprouts, and Lobster Mac and Cheese. Everything was so goooddd!! The steak was perfectly cooked to my expectations and the Mac and Cheese was cheesy, as well as the Brussels Sprouts which were wrapped in bacon. Thank you guys for the amazing experience “The Grill” we will be back soon!

Absolutely delighted with our experience at The Grill restaurant in The Ritz Carlton, Naples. From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the elegant ambiance and warm hospitality. The staff's attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every aspect of the meal was flawless. The menu showcased a delightful array of gourmet dishes, prepared with utmost skill and creativity. But what truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service provided by our server Aldemar and his assistant Peter. Their attentiveness and knowledge about the menu were impressive, making us feel like true VIPs throughout the evening. A special thank you to manager Brian as well, who went above and beyond. When he learned that I wanted a Smoked Old Fashioned and the restaurant bar didn't have a smoker, he personally went to another bar at the hotel to get me the smoked old fashioned and brought it to our table. That level of dedication is truly amazing service. Speaking of improvements, we would suggest that the hotel management consider providing the restaurant bar with a smoker. A high-end restaurant that serves whiskey and steak should definitely have a smoker at the bar to enhance the dining experience even further. The culinary journey was nothing short of extraordinary, leaving our taste buds thoroughly satisfied. The wine selection was impressive, perfectly complementing the exquisite flavors of the dishes. The spectacular decor in the restaurant only added to the overall enchanting atmosphere. If you are seeking a dining experience that blends luxury, gastronomy, and top-notch service seamlessly, The Grill is an absolute must-visit. Our visit here was an unforgettable evening of indulgence, and we eagerly look forward to returning for another exceptional dining adventure.

Had the honor to host a private dinner here for 20 guests and had a phenomenal experience. This was before there grand re-opening. From the coordination and response of Johanna to every team member made it an absolute pleasure. Chef and his team provided exquisite food. All of the service staff had impeccable attention to detail and it was just a joy to be among them. I don’t like to use the term flawless, however, this is about as good as it gets for a 5 star experience. I wish The Grill much success!

Great atmosphere and service. Kudos for a vegetarian menu with some interesting choices. Wife had the scallops and pork belly starter, plenty for her, good flavor. Daughter’s steak was quite good, as was dad’s braised short ribs. I had the wedge salad, good flavor but could have used just a bit more blue, and I tried the marinated tofu. In liked the dish but first bite was a tad salty, maybe a bit too much marinated on the end. I would like to see some other sort of sauce in quantity, it was listed with a poblano pepper sauce, which was just three small dots and was a bit too ashy. Forbidden rice was also just ok. I’ll try a different dish next time, but still happy that they offered these types of dishes. Dishes of the day were the steak fries and the glazed carrots - both outstanding! Thick cut rectangular prism shaped potatoes perfectly crispy outside and fluffy interior. Add an order just to try them, outstanding. Same with the carrots, really good flavor and generous portion.

Beautiful restaurant at a beautiful hotel. Everything is neat. All the staff are courteous, friendly and respectful. The bar is pretty. The cocktails are amazing. Well crafted wine list. The entry of the house is fresh and a little sample of the great quality products served in the restaurant. The meat was cooked perfectly. The fish was on the point. The soufflé, all three, was perfectly executed. Great finish with good coffee. Great experience.
