Good, professional and courteous staff. Not too long to wait and everything was good (although my order was quite small).
Post cyclone Gabrielle everything takes a little longer as only the drive-through is open. Still good professional staff.
Still fairly efficient and professional. Seems to be as popular as ever.

Some nodded in a load car didn't help the service. The mash potatoes aren't the same recipe for the gravy.Better than Taupo but not the old flavour gravy that was real nice.

KFC Napier is a amazing store, I have never once had a bad experience, and over the hundreds of wicked wings i have consumed not one was ever been undercooked, they have always been well done and crispy. All the chips I have had always have plenty of salt, and drinks are refreshing. lovely staff and a great over all experience, and I have zero doubt that all my future experiences will be great. :)
