Terrible service! Signed showed OPEN when we got into the drive thru at 7:14pm. After waiting a few minutes with cars pulling in behind us, 2 employees come out the back walking by us. When I asked them if they are closed, with attitude one said yes and both giggled walking away. Zero professionalism and customer service. Seems like this is an ongoing problem. Maybe sell the business to someone who is more interested in running it if you are not!

Great Experience here come here A LOT after school. One girl in particular is SUPER nice and so sweet. Every time I walk in she already knows my order and gets it ready for me. The Ice cream is a little expensive, but hey I don't mind because they have the BEST vanilla ice cream.

I certainly delight in getting a gourmet scoop of ice cream, on a sugar cone, on the 31st of a month for $1.50!

Went here with my mom to order a birthday cake and it took us one hour. The lady did not know how to fill out the order sheet and couldn't give us the price. In the middle of the order she picked up her own phone and had to call someone because the other lady that was working didn't know what to do. Basking robbings needs to train there employees a lot better!
