Panda Express

I haven't eaten here in a very long time, because my last visit was disgusting, but trying to give them another chance. I ordered online for pickup at 1123 E. Ogden, Naperville At 4 :12 LOL WANSNT READY UNTIL 4:22 AND I ORDERED 1/2 FRIED RICE And 1/2 greens, 3 side of walnut shrimp , and vegitables egg rolls. Shrimp over cooked and has an old smell to it, this is not fried rice its mashed rice and no vegetables, and no sauce for the egg rolls,they are soft without a slight crunch and too chewy...inside of vegetables roll mostly cabbage a pinch of carrot and some king of green.. That's it, I will never return, even if the owner invites me !!!

Best Panda Express around!! I have been so disappointed in so many others in the area with horrible customer service and quality of food... But, this one is different!! Denisse was extremely friendly and helpful, my food was hot, and it tasted great!! Only complaint I do have with everywhere is that the egg rolls shrunk quite a bit... but, that seems consistent across the board... this place was a breath of fresh air and reminds me why I liked the Panda in the first place...

They didn't have online order prepared; the order slip was on the counter with a few other slips and I had to point it out to the employee. They were very busy but there seemed to be a good number of employees. After I pointed the order slip out, he prepared my order very quickly. Of note, he handled money with his gloves on but didn't bother to change the gloves when handling food.

I love Panda Express if I'm starving and the healthier options like their super greens is great. I hope panda express tries their best with locally sourcing food which they might. This location for some reason is always under staffed. Also, either you can exclusively go in and order or only go through the drive-thru. I hope this changes soon as I feel bad for the people who do work there because it must be stressful.

Ordered a fried rice plate with orange chicken and broccoli beef. When i tell you i got home and saw what I got I laughed. Literally 4 measly pieces of beef, rice was pale and hard with no flavor. This particular store has gone way down in quality. Considering the price serving this is unfair to the public. I dont want a refund I want you to be better.

Where to start… first the dining room is closed and you cannot even walk in to order & take out. Which you’d think would be ok since they have a drive through, however since your order may not be correct on the first try you may have to get in line all over again to have them correct it. I would definitely check to make sure your order is right before you pull away from the window. Not all food and drinks are available all the time and there is the unpleasant demeanor of the employee that is working at the window. To make matters worse their food has become very overpriced. Just over $46 for two adults and two kids (2 double entree meals & 2 single entree bowls and 3 soft drinks). Go to a mom and pop Chinese takeout restaurant instead, way better food, save money and save yourself from the bad attitude.
