Went in this morning to get three orders of oatmeal well, I understand dry but I don't understand making it with hardly any water, I know , I was told today that they're cash register was not operating, does that also include the water dispenser was not working and actually where do they get their water, is it from the tap? So, I had to give her cash and not get any change because they are only accepting debit cards today or credit cards.

Wow...that was an impressively crappy experience. Was clearly waiting for a mobile order well past the set time. They were busy when I arrived but no one after several minutes. There was clearly a new girl working but the more experienced one was actually pretty rude to her. Took nearly 10 minutes of me just standing there before someone actually made eye contact and said it’ll be coming up shortly. I get when there’s issues, but you acknowledge a waiting customer when you see them looking around wondering what’s going on.

Have visited this location and usually use their drive thru. The one time I decided to go into their store and order my drink I was ignored. I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes without even being addressed. If you visit this location check and make sure your drink is made correctly before leaving.

First time going to this location. Maybe they are having an off day but I ordered an iced cinnamon cloud macchiato (literally read it off the screen word for word) first she handed me a hot drink told her it was supposed to be iced then they make it iced but made a it Carmel. I gave up and took the drink. And had no foam.
