I love Starbucks, whether it's a caramel Frappuccino or a breakfast sandwich of anything else they offer, I feel good when I purchase something here. Starbucks is great, but the one star missing is because of affordability. When getting coffee, affordability is a large factor.

The staff needs to be more efficient with drive thru …just waited in line for 15 mins while the car in front of me had an order the staff knew was going to take longer to fill. Instead of having the customer pull over to a parking spot, they made everyone else sit in line until the customers coffee finished brewing. By the time I got my “warmed” food, it was no longer warm.

I have been going to this Starbucks for several years. Never had a problem until recently. I’ve encountered some pretty rude employees. Starbucks is usually known for there friendly people. I guess they must be desperate for employees because this location is hiring the most unfriendly and unpersonable people. But the worst one by far was the African American woman who was just plain rude and rolled her eyes at me. I requested my drink be remade (very nicely) it was practically white after I asked for LIGHT cream. I don’t think that’s unreasonable. I mean God forbid I expect my drink to be made correctly after paying 5 bucks. That was last straw after I’ve encountered this woman before and her unfriendly demeanor. So 111th is my new Starbucks and they are wonderful.

Terrible service! 4 employees were working (2 actually working and 2 just lounging about) and I to wait around and try to get the attention of one employee in order to place an order. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes to get a simple order of hot water and a plain bagel. Store was very dirty too - so unlike Starbucks.

After waiting for more than a minute in drive-through Lane by the microphone not hearing anything I decided to honk my car to get their attention not sure what is going on . told my order and after waiting another few minutes pulled up to the window where Starbucks manager Mike B told me very rudely that he could not hear my order through my honking and did not make my coffee when I was talking to him through the speaker I wasn’t honking anymore so he could clearly hear me because I heard him !!!this location is so slow and their service was so rude I will never come to this location again so overall I spent 10 minutes on the drive-through and had no coffee this is unacceptable !
Avoid this location if you can

The workers at this Starbucks are wonderful! I order a coffee here daily and I can tell how hard these people work. Great atmosphere and great drinks, it can be a little busy but its never an issue to wait a few extra minutes. The employees work hard making my coffee and I appreciate them, I will definitely keep coming to this location, great people all around!

I really love this Starbucks. But, there have been multiple times where I go through the drive-through when they’re supposed to be open and they’re not open. It would be nice to be notified or have a sign saying they’re not open when they’re supposed to be open. There was a long line and I waited about 20 minutes and then I finally got up to the window and there was no one there and then there was no one inside

Was only here once mid-July 2021, spent about 3+ hours working. It's a Starbucks, they seem to operate well, no complaints with the staff or service.
Limited seating still, only 4 tables available inside, but about 5 on outside patio.
Bathrooms could really use a renovation and definitely need to be cleaned better, they were pretty nasty.
Unrelated to the Starbucks specifically, but be careful in the parking lot. Saw 4 different pairs of cars almost back into each other, and for some reason people like to fly through the parking lot even though it was super busy the entire time.
