I went to Ross and it was a hot mess with clothing and products on the floor throughout. It would have been easier to raise the dead to help than to wait for an actual salesperson willing to assist me.

Too busy, long lines on Saturday afternoon. Great clothes, shoes, more choices than some of the Boise stores. If less busy, 4.5 stars.

Needs more stores, it's dying but salvageable. Maybe if there was a Nike outlet, Apple store, more clothing stores, toy stores, and other places people would all flock back. Grand reopening recommended
