Dunkin'

I give this place five stars because this business is open early delivering Hot fresh coffee blends to pair with the equally delicious selections of Donuts and other foods available all business hours. Baskin Robbins is another wonderful amenity to indulge in!!!!!! The food service staff is committed in creating memorable personalized experiences. 5stars and LLS Across-the-board.

We were here during the off season, so not busy at all. I've never seen a Dunkies like this, but I suppose this is just Dunkies, Myrtle Beach flavored. It's less a Dunkies with an arcade in it, and more a giant arcade with a Dunkies in the back. Very loud with the video games and machines all vying for your attention, but it didn't bother me. I can't imagine it gets any quieter during the Summer with all the people playing all those video games!

Dunkin has the best coffee. Way above Starbucks. The donuts are good, but not great. The service was efficient but definitely could have been friendlier. *Ridiculous that someone gave this place a one star review because SHE spilled her iced coffee drink and was upset that they didn't remake it for her at no charge. If you are pumping gas at a gas station and you spill some gas does the station pay for it? No, you spilled the gas, you pay for it. If this person would have spilled her drink in the parking lot would she expect them to remake it?

The DD and Baskin Robbins are placed awkwardly inside of a surf/souvenir shop. I'm not sure this is actually a negative since the business model works well for Target and Starbucks. However, it did make it somewhat challenging for me to get my DD fix some mornings since the parking lot is tiny and located in a very busy road. Every other part of my experience was positive. Employees work at both shops simultaneously, which seems odd at first until you see the genius at work. They are able to provide additional manpower at either location as needed during busy times. I got coffee and ice cream at this location several times over a family vacation. I came to appreciate how quickly they were able to provide service regardless of how busy they were. We ate in the makeshift seating area twice during our stay. It, again, seems awkwardly placed, but it functions just fine. It was also kept clean. The employees were also friendly each visit.
