Domino's Pizza

I don't usually order Dominoes, but it's cheap and the wife and kids like it so I did this time. I ordered 3 large pizzas. Their pizza tracker thing said 50-60 minutes so I figured they were busy. Well, about an hour after I ordered i checked the tracker and my pizza was just out of the oven and being checked by a supervisor for quality. I figured ok a little over an hour but should be here soon. Boy was I wrong. After an hour and a half we called the store and it just rang and rang for literally 10 minutes. My wife finally got someone who couldn't locate our pizza. He finally did under heat lamps. So you can imagine how thrilled I was to hear my pizza, which was now 30 minutes out of the oven was just sitting under heat lamps. He explained they were short but drivers, but said it was heading out. Finally my tracker notified me driver is in my neighborhood.(now over 2 hours). I go outside to see him pass my house and try to deliver to the neighbors. Pizza was disgusting and we rightfully complained. They advertise a guarantee. Well, it's been a week and nothing. Guess their guarantee is about as useful as their employees. Never again dominoes!!!

Consistently get terrible service at this store. Waited 25 minutes on the phone to place an order for pickup (just to prove a point) sat in traffic, walked in and got to the counter all before someone answered the phone. When I tried to order I was told what I wanted wasn’t available in store, but that I could place the order online . The times I have been able to order I receive a “delivered” notification before my pizza is even made. The employees don’t seem to care about anything. When I asked for a manager I was laughed at and told “we don’t have one.”
