Kentucky Fried Chicken

I don't eat fast food often but since i was away from home I partook on this American tradition lol. Maybe it's been forever since I've been to KFC but was surprised they now offer spicy chicken! It's the little things for me really. Food was fine... the reason I am giving them only 3 stars is because as a fast food chain, I'd expect a well established supply management. They ran out of forks and/or spoons (maybe they carry sporks)... which is really mind blowing. There was no heads up about this either. An hour from home, how exactly was I to enjoy my food? I returned because the forks were missing and the guy at the counter shuffled around looking for some, a solid 20 minutes had passed since I'd gone through the drive threw and he wasn't immediately aware? That's odd, so poor supply management AND communication. Eek. I'm sure things like this happen however this is a major red flag for me. Maybe it's my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt talking however lol. Just bummed me and my kids had to come home to cold food to eat.

You get what you pay for, mediocre food at a mediocre price. Ordered a $5.49 lunch combo. I guess I'm just getting picky, but only the biscuit and the chicken strips were good. Everything else was over processed. Buttery spread (soybean oil), honey sauce (7%honey,93%other) cookie (nasty)... although I still do love their processed Blended potatoes ( reminds me of baby food).

On Dec 21, 2020 at 7pm- I FOUND HAIR FRIED INSIDE MY CHICKEN. I was about to hand it to my toddlers when I was SO DISGUSTED at the sight of this. Called KFC and spoke to a woman who said SHE was the Manager by the name of "Erica" which was obviously not her name because she then HUNG UP IN MY FACE once I respectfully asked her how to spell her name. Needless to say, I won't EVER be back.

They have good staff here. It only seems though that each time I order here something is missing or is incorrect in my order. I check it before I leave but somehow when I get home something will still be wrong and it's frustrating sometimes. They are very helpful in replacing your order though but ofcourse not fun when you're home already and you didnt get what you want and you have to come another day to get what you missed. Anyway, food is always great and hot!
