In-n-out Burger

This spot, has been great. That changed in the last month, for me anyway. Don't know if they have new management, new people or what. The first case was getting the wrong order. Went through the drive through a couple of weeks ago, got home, and it was not what I ordered, wrong items, etc. Went back today for lunch, and explained what happened. I was told that I could have come back and they would have changed it right away, mistakes happen etc. OK....but going through a drive through, I then drove home, got the food out, saw the mistake, and a return trip was not in the cards that day. And to pour a bit of salt in the wound, one of my sandwiches was a grilled cheese today. The cheese slice was not melted at all, perfectly square, and that was disappointing as cold cheese on a bun is not a grilled cheese. It was not very busy, and I am hoping they get back to normal. And a tip to save some cash for the company, the time I went through the drive through I asked for ketchup for the one order of fries I. They gave me enough for several orders, maybe someone would have used them all if they liked some fries with their ketchup. Very wasteful.
