Rally's

My wife and I eat here often because it is delicious, and we’re addicted to the fries. However we get pulled forward every time we go, no matter if we order chicken or beef. Will still be eating there in the future. I retract my former statement, I went for lunch today, and not only did I receive hot, fresh, delicious food, I was not pulled forward and was given a free drink upgrade for my prior luck. Will absolutely eat here in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the fourth time recently that myself or a friend of mine had items incorrect or missing from my meals. Drinks, fries, wrong order entirely.. I've been trying to call since ten p.m. last night and no one can be bothered to answer the phone. The fries were bricks, the burgers were incorrectly made, and just all around a bad experience. Normally I don't leave bad reviews but this place just keeps getting worse and worse with lack of effort to remedy, refusal to deal with customers, and rude and incompetent staff.

Usually love Rally's but drive thru lady was rude. She handed me my order and I checked the bag to make sure everything was there. I knew it couldn't be because I ordered for 3 people and it was all in one bag. I knocked on the window she flag it open, I said I'm sorry but we didnt get everything. She popped her hand in her hip and said " Everything is there". I said no I am sorry its not we are missing a sandwich to which she turns around and yells and the other people in the kitchen did you not out 3 sandwiches in that last order. I heard a young man say the chicken is cooking. She didn't apologize or anything. Just slams window come back 3 mins later flings bag and me and slams window again. They were not busy nor was there anyone behind me.

Was alright, got our order wrong. Upon showing our receipt they corrected there mistake and let us keep the first order. Nice service. Edit: Rally's (owner) thank you for your reply. Visited again and purchased the Cheese Champ. Absolutely delicious. Beyond expectations, thank you for the great service. The cashier Maggie was super nice with a awesome attitude. She made me feel like I was important meaningful customer. We need more ladies like her in the world.
