Little Caesars

Love the food. I am not crazy about not being able to view the menu online unless you download the app. How are you supposed to call-in an order if you can not see what your options first? They should have hand out menus, but thats a no as well. I have used other pizza establishments more often since I can order online without account or app hassles.

Went in last night about 8:45 and was told they weren't taking any more orders because they closed at 9. I went back out to my car and watched another gentleman who had apparently ordered ahead go in to pick up his order. At 8:55 they locked the door and turned off the light at 8:57. I called them and was told they quit taking orders at 8:40 because there would be no time to make anything with only 20 minutes left. If that's the case why is it when we call an order in we're told it'll be ready in 10 minutes? If you advertise that you're open until 9, you stop taking orders at 9. If another restaurant closes at a certain time and you walk through the door prior to that time they don't refuse you service. It's just poor customer service and a ridiculous way to operate a business. I don't want anything free from them, I just want to be assured that if I find myself back there again close to closing time I won't be refused.

I can't speak about Murray, Kentuckys Little Ceasars pizzas because I haven't had one. Although I do love their Crazy Bread. Let me clarify, I love Crazy Bread the way it's supposed to be not the way that it is made and served to the public. The picture that is above the cash registers doesn't look anything like what you get in the Murray store. What I was sold was a rolled like play dough and way over cooked stick of bread of some kind. It's like eating a stick. A real Crazy Bread is soft and chewy and looks like the very picture that is in their store. If their pizzas have the same problem then how has this store stayed open for so long?
