Sbarro

We have always gotten pepperoni pizza for like 30 years now and we went out on a limb when the new app came out and it made a supreme like pizza. And it wasn't cooked enough We had to come home heat up our oven to 500°, cook it for 6 plus more minutes it destroyed the crust but the pizza was still awesome I just wish that extra time would have been in the pizza oven so that when I pick it up it's ready to eat. I don't want to have to tell people again sorry food's going to have to be a minute I've got to finish cooking it. I know that is the normal status quo for Sbarro is they cook their pizzas put them under a heat lamp and then when you order a slice they throw them in their pizza oven for a few more minutes but when you order a whole pie to go, they can't expect you to finish the cooking. But other than that the meatballs were phenomenal like always so good I really want the recipe lol

Food is always good here personally, but this most recent experience we were behind someone making a big order and the manager (Cant remember his name just that it started with a D) came and took my order himself and had an amazing attitude, and just made the experience better and made it so I could get my food faster.

My family and I were at the mall and happened by Sbarro. I was so impressed and blown away by the customer service. Jaden and the manager Demeeke were so kind to us. Honestly, they went above and beyond. They didn’t know it was my twins birthday but because of their kindness they made my twins feel so special and made their birthday so memorable. We brought home several different pizza combinations and all were very good. We will for sure come back.

The people here at Sbarros always know what they’re doing, Alex, Cameron, Ashto, Asher and another girl are always making the best pizzas and pastas every Sunday! The amount of options is amazing I really miss the chicken pizzas they did a few weeks ago but the stuffed pizza they’ve been doing is a #1 in my book!! Definitely one of the fastest options in the food court

Some cry baby grown man, was holding up the line crying cause the pasta to him looked dry… an made people pick out noodles basically one by one, he asked for 2 large pastas just to cry about it he also asked for the store number so I’m sure he’s gonna call an cry about it so I thought I’d write a review to save the workers there that did nothing wrong but cope with the guy an help out as much as possible
