Great food, great price and great service

We had a group of 12 people there for dinner. Some of us had not eaten there before, some were not familiar with Oriental food. After we ordered, we all settled down with wonderful Asian dishes, and we're delighted with the flavors and spices. Service was very good, and the cafe was not crowded, even on a Sat. night. It was a wonderful experience that we hope to enjoy again soon.

We brought a friend (who was moving out-of-state) to a different Vietnamese restaurant several weeks ago...I wish that we had brought her to Trang for her first taste of Vietnamese food. On Thursday, (11/01/18) we were greeted and seated by a lovely woman, our server was efficient - but lacked the warmth of the woman we first met on this occasion, and our food was excellent - As ALWAYS!

Wow I love this place! I've been eating at Cafe Trang for over 18 years. The attention to detail and consistency of the food has never changed. Kim is such a gentleman and always has a smile.

Delicious, beautiful food! And the staff is incredibly kind, my two toddlers essentially wrecked our booth with noodles and rice, and our waitress's response to my meager attempts at cleaning up with napkins was, "I've got kids too, it's ok, just enjoy your meal." The atmosphere is clean and beautifully styled, with interesting wall decor to look at while you wait the impressively short amount of time it takes for them to bring you your meal. Five stars, absolutely.

Our pot stickers were a bit burnt but they did have good flavor. I’m not a huge fan of egg rolls but theirs are really good. I had the vermicelli noodles with pork which was very tasty. Would recommend. Staff is very friendly.

Food is reasonably priced and fresh. The menu has a very nice variety. One of our favorites is the Caramel Pork. The beef salad is tender and guilt- free for carb conscious people. Service is a little erratic, but the restaurant is cozy, comfortable and they never rush your meal.

We ordered take out and were very satisfied with the food. Good portioning for a great price, and the staff was very pleasant.
Full menu on the website does not show pricing, so we picked up a take-out menu for next time. For take out, we found this to be a great option.

Fantastic food, neat place, great customer service and one of the cleanest neighborhood restaurants in UT!
Their soups are delicious (try the fisherman soup for seafood lovers), the house special is a must have and the fresh spring rolls are a big favorite.
The best part of all: they are very responsive to gluten free needs w plenty of yummy options.
Fairly affordable and overal very good value for the price you pay.

Excellent food for reasonable prices! Our server was fantastic, knowledgable, and very conscientious about our dietary limitations. This is a great place for anyone with celiac. Great knowledge of gluten-free needs and a wide variety of options. Highly recommended!
