Every single table was dirty the food is not hot it tasted old and I watched somebody touch every single fork before they picked up one and the drinks tasted just like carbonated water, when the guy touched every single fork the employee watched him do it and did not do anything about it. I would not come here again. They also had a caution wet floor sign up but there is food all over the floor like it hasn't been cleaned once today.

The other day, I visited them around 09:25pm. They were about to close. This was my second time. Really liked their string bean chicken breast but they were outta stock. So I took their new wok-fired shrimps and orange chicken along with fried rice. So good! Loved it. They also didn’t charge me for the drink because there were less options for me to choose from. So nice of them. Appreciated. Definitely coming back.

They have THE worst customer service. I ordered just before going to work because I wouldn’t be able to leave once there. Asked them to PLEASE make my food fresh. My job is only 15 minutes from the place. Got to work and my food was so OLD. The rice tasted as if it had been burnt the meat was rubbery I called over 15 times (yes that many) & still no answer. Just a waste of peoples money and time going there. TRASH!

Im so sick of this place. Worse experience. Literally this is the fourth time that have given me ZERO soy sauce when I've requested. Delivery or pick up I can't understand how these people can't have basic common sense about including basic condiments. Never forget a fortune cookie but forget my soy sauce and then I'm here eating rice and chow mean with no flavor. I'm absolutely disgusted with this service. Too many times after I've spoken with the managers and workers about it and request it.

I was treated like a piece of SH—— first off my order was taken with rudeness like I wasn’t belong here afterwards my order came to a total of 45 dollars and some change. So I politely gave the cashier 60 dollars cash he said do you have a 5 in change so I did have a 5 in my purse with the change. He closed the register without giving me my 20 dollars back after being torched and sitting there a whole hour. After the manager argued me down you gave him 40 dollars I explained to him I just left Wells Fargo getting a 100 dollars out the ATM so I knew exactly what I had. He went to the back of the store and looked at the video and LONG AND BEHOLD I COUNTED 3 20 dollars bills out to the cashier. My food was cold so long and afterwards I still had to tell them to give me my 3 lemonade Minute Maid drinks. The cashier didn’t apologize and all the manager could say to me was everyone makes mistakes after I just made it clear your cashier took 20 extra dollars from me PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WATCH YOUR CHANGE AND TRANSACTIONS THEREFORE I WANT BE RETURNING HERE EVER AGAIN OH BY THE WAY THEY HAD A SIGN UP SAYING THE DRIVETHRU WAS CLOSE DINE IN ONLY!!!!! This was because they been getting complaints that drive thru is back up but the inside needs to be well kept.
