Got 2 drinks they were both correctly made even though I had a special request for mine. They were delicious. The employees seemed nice and didn't try to rush us even though they had a line around the building. It took some time to get through but what do you expect when there's that big of a line?

I've been going there on and off for five or six years now. Seems there slowly but surely eliminating services no valet, no room service,.etc.

I give 5 stars because it's usually good. Today there was one poor lady working and the drive through took 45 minutes with no way to get out. Not her fault, they need more help.

Just getting a coffee craving satisfied! Would have picked up 3 pounds for $20 if didn't still have 2 pounds in the pantry! Did get a new To go tumbler. Much better sipping top than the cheapo one it replaced.

I don't know who the manager is but this place is run very well. Always clean and fast, friendly and welcoming. I'm a huge DD lover and come here often. I've only seen the AM manager and she kicks butt!! Restrooms, the front entrance, counter tops, floors...food..always clean and great. A++ and I've been to every single Dunkin in a 200 mile radius. Thanks.

This place knows customer service. They are always nice and they have never gotten my order wrong. Mine is kinda complicated too. I've been going at least twice a month since they opened. Their clean and now they are all wearing masks and following social distance protocol. Never had a bad experience.
