They refused to customise certain subs which is unfortunate because the main reason to visit the store is the ability to customise. Something you cannot do on Swiggy/Zomato but now you can't do so at the store as well. Customisability is better than the delivery apps but still limited. They also refused to add more than 5 sauces.
