New driver thru employee Valerie was prompt and polite, letting us know what they had on menu and what was not available at the moment. She was smiling and alert at the window as well. The original recipe chicken was fresh and looked and tasted GREAT! They were out of popcorn chicken, but we still enjoyed a hot meal and friendly service from our KFC. Thank you!!

Order was wrong, by the time I got home it was too late to go back due to closing hours, food was very small portions about the size you would expect for a kids meal, my drink I ordered was supposed to be sweet tea but was WATER WITH A TAD BIT OF real tea I caught that before I got out of the parking lot had to turn around and go back and wait through the window to let her know I didn't order tea and obviously they didn't want to make tea that close to closing which is understandable, but could have said no tea and offer me a different option, but instead thought I wouldn't have noticed which was very disrespectful and when I asked for a different drink filled cup to the top of nothing but ice to be spiteful, my chicken had no skin, literally I ordered a chicken breast fill up cost me and only me for one peace of chicken a biscuit and drink and I order a side of slaw which is not 3$ worth considering the size, and I was given no plastic wear to eat with no napkins and my wait was more then 10 min for one meal 11$ is to much for a bad cold small portions meal period, I have gone several times and things just get worse and worse for the quality of food and service I won't be back,
