Pretty mediocre burger joint. It's better than fast food, but not by much. My burger was dry and bland, and my garlic fries were limp and very light on the garlic. They do have a pretty good beer selection. Still, Steak Out and the Tied House nearby both have far better food and drinks. Don't bother with this place.

Went with a group of 9 and everyone got burgers. I think everyone was happy with their choices.
I'm no burger connoisseur but I really liked mine - the meat was well-cooked, the vegetables were fresh, and I love the brioche bun. I told them that I was allergic to dairy (I'm lactose-intolerant, but sometimes it's easier to tell wait staff that you're allergic so they take it seriously) and it took them much longer to prepare my burger today - apparently to cook it away from the other burgers with cheese.
Our favorite burger here is the hangover - beef patty, bacon, steak sauce, chipotle mayonnaise, avocado, and a fried egg.
Service is always friendly and prompt. We'd come here again.

Stopped by here after a long day riding CalTrain, and was very happy with their Black Tie Burger. I can't speak for their angus burgers, but their kobe burgers are excellent, and $12 isn't a bad price for a good burger.
I'd recommend sticking to their premium burgers if the other reviews are accurate; I've been back twice and each time had one of their kobe burgers, and they've been great every time. Great place to grab some dinner after a commute!

Went there with 4 friends, none of whom liked the food: Bland burgers lacking any sort of signature that would set it apart from competitors.
Patty was decent, but on the dry side and cooked well-done regardless of the stated preference.
Not recommended.

Stopped by for a quick lunch while in Mountain View and had their Southwest Burger. It was excellent all around, especially the guacamole, though the fries were nothing to write home about. Service was fast and friendly throughout.

Were the burgers good, burger selections/combinations creative, and the happy hour beers well priced? Yes.
After laughably slow and disinterested service, consistent through the three tries we gave this place, will we back? No.

I had a Southwest burger during a weekday lunch with sweet potato fries. All the seating and decor is fairly basic, but clean and new. The seating is casual and clearly aimed at a lunch crowd. Service was fast and friendly. Lots of Guns N' Roses, AC/DC, etc. on the speakers, which seemed to fit the vibe.
The burger was ok. It came with bacon, but the bacon seemed like it was trying to be fancy, and was a bit chewy. Good bun. Standard compliment of veggies on the side. Good jalapeño jack cheese. A bit stingy on chipotle sauce and guacamole. The sweet potato fries were thick cut and tasty, but the texture was a bit floppy.
There are lots of burger options to choose from, including "premium" Kobe beef burgers. Overall, not bad. As far as burgers go it seems on par with Steakout, but closer to CalTrain and with a bigger bar.

New location (original in Palo Alto). The same as the PA location- great burgers and an awesome selection of beers. Try the "hangover" burger- trust me.
