No restrooms available for paying customers - only for employees even though the door to it is located right in the dining area. Even McDonald's and Jack in the Box have restrooms for their customers. I would have liked to be able to wash my hands before eating. Won't be returning here.

Few minutes ago I was at this subway and I got a lot of attitude. After telling me they don't have meatballs, I asked for a sweet onion teriyaki sandwich. The lady behind the counter in a foul mood slammed the chicken box on the counter. After sighing on every topping asked for - 2 in all - she added one drop of the sauce I asked to add. After the receipt told her to return $4.18 cents she gave me $4.14. Four cents aren't a large sum but the attitude she gave me once again when I brought the incorrect change to her attention was unnecessary especially since she was in the wrong. She summarily handed me my sandwich without tissues. I didn't bother to ask even though the cost of those are also included in the price. It's not a huge sum of money but I didn't deserve this shoddy service unprovoked. I will not return here.

Small but always clean. Usually one person there, two at most, so not super fast. But usually not crowded either. Good for a quick bite on the way to the train.

Fast service. Friendly staff. Good sandwiches. Very close to vta and cal train. Neat and clean. Nothing special usual subway chain of restaurants.

Always closed at horrible times. Most weekends they aren't even open for dinner. I only ever see the same workers with their kids. I would of blamed it on season help issues but this has been terrible for multiple months.

Fast friendly service. Sandwich always tastes great. I love the multi grain flat bread, ham with southwest chiptle sauce.

Exactly the same Subway service you can expect. I have never met here any other customers, I was always alone - waiting for the Caltrain...

Fantastic spot to have something when in a rush. The customer service is swift, pricing is convenient, fantastic atmosphere. Will come visit again
