Creepy, rude and disgusting. I went to this location at about 11pm. The cashier was an older man. I understand at this time the cashier typically lingers around the same aisle that you are in. Instead this man stood right behind me as I tried to get a slurpee. First, he advised me that the ones with red lights I can not use, I brushed it off ,even though I can read the sign and I've done this multiple times before. At this point though, I am already anxious since he is staring at my every move so I mistaklenly grabbed the wrong lid size for the cup I had chosen. He told me, almost immediately, that I grabbed the wrong size. When I went to go throw it away, to get the correct size, he started yelling at me and saying why would I throw it away. First of all, he did not need to rudely yell at a customer over a lid! Second of all, ewww! Are we just ignoring the fact that there is still a pandemic and I touched the inside of the lid with my hands? Ew! I left right after knowing that, I didn't get my slurpee, and I will never be returning. He's creepy, rude and disgusting.

I stopped in on my way home to grab a drink and some gas. The man inside harassed me, he gave me a compliment "you look very beautiful tonight, may I hug you?" I kindly declined, he attempted to hug me as I was walking to the cash register to pay for my drink. I ran out of the store and called the police right away. Please be careful especially if your buying something past 11pm. I felt scared and violated.

The cashier was creepy and very rude. He tried to hug me and stood behind me while I was filling up my slurpy. He even yelled at me because I filled up the double gulp cup. Don’t come here after 11pm.

I have always been treated with respect when I go into this 7/11. However the last 2 Sunday’s the person who is working there did not have his mask on and when I got to the counter he put it up but it did not cover his nose. You have a sign on the door asking us to wear mask when we are in your store, yet your employee was not wearing his. Instead of getting into a argument I decided when I got home I would review you and if I return and see the employee continuing to do the same thing I will decide then how to proceed. This happen between 8:30 and 9:00am. Thanks

I just left here and I gotta say, I won't be going anywhere else when I'm getting snacks. Not even 10 seconds after I walked in, I was immediately offered a free Slurpee, brownie, and cookie by the man and woman behind the counter. Wow. That was one way to ensure my return. Then, I went looking to see how the pizza looked, and after only maybe about a minute of me standing there not knowing what I was doing, the man behind the counter asked me if I wanted him to make me anything fresh off the hot foods menu, and that relieved me because I don't normally go to 7-Elevens, so I didn't really know if this was a place that you can just buy whatever they have out or if you can make a request. I was basically just speechless at the end, kind of just not sure which was the best way to thank them both. EXTREMELY good first impression, this store is clean, nice, and the pizza ain't half bad either.

I was just at this location less than an hour ago. I was getting nachos with my family and there is no sign that says you are limited to the amount of cheese, chili, or other items you can put on your nachos; however, the cashier decided on his own to charge us FOR A DRINK REFILL because he thought that we "got extra cheese on our nachos". Theres no sign that limits the amount of cheese and when I asked him what the "gulp fest refill" charge he looked at me and said "you got extra cheese so you have to pay extra". Before this even happened he gave me an attitude because I wished to pay for an item separately, yet he rang up the item I had on the counter and the other items my family had in their hands. I think this employee should be retrained learn how to treat people properly instead of simply treating people poorly because they are getting annoyed. This is by far the worst 711 experience I've had. Won't be coming back to this location and will tell others not to come back either.

I bought a pair of black ice earbuds from them. I left my receipt with them. The earbuds did not work, I brought them back, because they did not work. He told me I have to have My receipt. I told him it had to be in there receipts that they do over night. But anyway he wouldn't exchange or refund them. I will never go there again. Maybe if I was someone else they would not have gave me problems.# veryupset
